According to a Russian government press release, the Government of the Russian Federation has adopted the resolution about temporally rates of import custom duties for rice and flour-groats rice by-products.
According to the resolution, the government imposes the customs duties for rice and flour-milling and groats products from rice for 9-month term.
Thus, the import duties increase from the current level of 0.07 EUR/kg to 0.12 EUR/kg. The resolution takes effect in one-month term after the official promulgation.
